Refund and Returns Policy

At The Varsity Jackets, we endeavor for complete satisfaction from our clients regarding their purchases. In case you are not delighted with your order, we offer a simple refund and return policy. Check out the policy details below.

Eligibility of Returns

You can return your item if: 

  • The item has not been used and is in perfect condition with all tags intact. 
  • The return request should be submitted within thirty (30) days after the order has been received. 
  • The item supports no damage due to the customer’s abuse.

Note: Custom made jackets and personalized jackets are not accepted for a return unless they are damaged or defective. 

Initiating a Return:

To process a return request, you can do the following: 

No sooner than two months after February, message us on support@thevarsityjackets.co providing your order number and stating your reasons for returning. 

Customer care will issue you the instructions on how to return the item as well as provide the returns address.

Shipping the Return

Except in the case where the item is wrong or flawed, customers have to pay for the return shipping in all other cases.

Tracking of the shipped item is advisable in order to help monitor the safe transit of the item to be returned.

Refund Process

In case of an item return, after it has been examined, you will be communicated with regarding the refund status. Refunds, provided they meet the required conditions, will be processed and reflected back as credits in the respective payment account within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

Currently we do not facilitate direct exchanges. Customers wishing to change items to different size, color, or any other products, must first obtain a refund for the item and then place a new order instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

You may contact us at support@thevarsityjackets.co within 7 days of receiving your order for damages, defects and wrong items received. We will take care of everything needed including shipping, replacing or giving a full refund of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Orders made to the buyer’s requirements.
  • Items engraved or altered uniquely for the customer.
  • Items labeled clearly as “Not Returnable” or “Final Sale”
